Moving to a new town is exciting but can also be intimidating. It is the little things that add up and induce stress on new residents. Therefore, our unique Welcome Home Program for new residents will provide them with a gift basket full of local goodies, coupons, discounts, and information to make them feel at home in their new community.

Navigating a new community is challenging. Finding a new physician, dentist, vet, daycare, school, or hair salon in an unknown area is difficult.

Working with real estate brokers, property managers, and apartment complexes, SIP is starting the Welcome Home Program to introduce and promote local businesses in Longview to new residents.

SIP will put together gift baskets to give to each new homeowner or renter in our town. These will introduce our new neighbors to local physicians, dentists, veterinaries, daycare centers, specialty shops, hair salons, mechanics, and events etc. that will assist them in navigating our community. It is our goal to make them feel welcome and appreciated as new members of our growing community.
